A gentle way to create strength, flexibility and balance in your body as well as your life. Every class is specifically tailored to allow individual expression. The principles of Pilates are often introduced for strength and core stability.
A comfortable space has been created for you to enjoy. Beautiful hardwood floors, natural lighting, mats, blankets, and blocks are provided for you.
All you need to bring is an open mind and your joyful spirit.

Nia
Through Movement we Find Health Joy of Nia classes are held on Mon and Wed at 6.00 PM.
In
the martial arts, there is a word, budo, meaning the martial way. In
fitness, there is a word, Nia, meaning the body’s way. Like sound, Nia
is everything. It is integrated and connected. Like a song, the sound
of Nia carries its own resonance. It carries a unique soul. The soul of
Nia is ancient. It honors the true heritage of humanity and carries
within it the heart of goodness, love, and peace. The form of Nia is
living, a creation of modern, spiritual art. Practiced with
mindfulness, Nia can lead to personal understanding and transformation.
Nia is both a movement practice and a lifestyle. Nia will lovingly
transform your work and your life.

you can taste the sweet sensation of Nia right here in the Cashiers,
Glenville and Cullowhee, NC area. For the winter months, I am offering
a Nia class each Friday at 9:30 am. On Mondays & Wednesdays at 6:00
pm, I offer classes that are a blend of Yoga, Nia & Pilates. Come
and discover how fitness can feel good, be safe, and deliver results
